Our second child, Vivienne Isabel, was born still on July 31st, 2009. In honor of her memory around her birthday each year, we have asked for random acts of kindness in her name. Though her time with us was not long enough, her impact on the world can still be measured through your deeds, inspired by love. We have not been the first grieving parent to do something like this, but it certainly felt like the right thing to do for us.
This year, when she would have been eight years old, we are launching this web page, VIP Love Works, to continue to inspire acts of kindness in her memory, not only for her birthday, but all year round. Please consider submitting your stories and/or photos for publication to help inspire others!
